Completed

A multi-home compound set on 60 acres of pastoral land in Columbia County. These Scandinavian-inspired mountain houses are clad in thermally modified spruce. Upstate Home Co. oversaw the project from start to finish, managing construction and guiding all architectural material and finish selections.
